CERTIFICATION IN CHRISTIAN DANCE COURSE
For those wishing to complete the Certification Course online, a lesson will be emailed weekly. There are 3
levels of the Certification Course: Basic, Intermediate and advanced. Each level includes a DVD for technical
instruction. At the end of all three sessions, the successful participant will be awarded the Certificate of
Certification in Christian Dance from The Beautiful Feet Dance Ministry.
Basic Level – 15 lessons – Includes DVD, “Instruments of Praise” - $200.00
Topics covered: scriptural background, history, types of Christian Dance, diet and physiology, garments,
makeup, Biblical study of colors and their meanings, presentation, choreography, prophetic dance and more.
There is an exam at the end of the Basic Level.
Intermediate Level – 8 lessons – Includes DVD, “Instruments of Grace” - $135.00
This level covers teaching and includes composing dance classes and teaching them.
Advanced Level – 12 lessons – Includes DVD, “4 Dances 4 Him” - $180.00
The Advanced level is all about producing a dance ministry piece. It includes accompaniment selection,
choreography, garment choice, teaching and presentation of a piece with 3-6 dancers.
"Ballet Tone and Shape" – Donna Martelli, former professional ballerina, also Certified
Personal Trainer with Beautiful Bodies Fitness, combines basic ballet with strength
training and demonstrates all of the exercises fully on this energizing DVD. Following
this program faithfully will give you a graceful dancer’s body with the strength of a
body builder!

“4 Dances 4 Him” teaches and demonstrates 4 dances from The Beautiful Feet Dance Ministry’s repertoire.
Each dance is preceded by a short description, then Donna teaches the dance in a studio from the back for
easy learning. After the teaching sequence we see an actual ministry presentation of the dance. The dances
are “I Will Bless You Lord”, “Jesus Loves Me”, “Shades of Love” and “Trust in the Lord”. They will give a new

“Instruments of Grace” is an excellent tool for learning classical ballet technique. Ballet is foundational to all
dance forms and studying it will enhance your dance ministry greatly. Donna, with the help of some of her
students, teaches and demonstrates each exercise and combination from the back for easy learning. Both

“Instruments of Praise” is a wonderful tool for building a strong and stretched instrument of praise (your
body!) as well as for increasing your movement vocabulary. It begins with stretches on the floor and
continues with warm-ups, combinations of steps and movements that can be used in worship, a
spontaneous dance, a complete choreographed ministry dance and finally, a solo by Donna.

Donna teaches each dance from the back in a studio for easy learning. Following
the instruction of each dance, it is then shown in the actual presentation at
Abundant Life Church, Indianapolis, IN, in December 2006. With awesome music by
